Abstract

In the past few years, under the government's encouraging policies, many programs, policies and support funds have been developed to promote the domestic entrepreneurial campaigns. However, the start-up business still has many limitations that need to be resolved. Thus, the article provides some of the start-up experiences in Korea and Singapore as suggestions for improving the entrepreneurial ecosystem in Vietnam: analyzing and assessing the status of entrepreneurial activities to suggest consistent and synchronized policies from national to local level; creating the spirit of startup nation; and connecting new entrepreneurs with capital investment.
