SOME PROBLEMS OF OFFERING-EVIDENCE PRACTICE OF LAWYERS IN CRIMINAL PROCEDURE AND ITS RELATIONSHIP WITH THE LAWYERS’ DEFENSE FUNCTION

Abstract

Proof of criminal conduct is the most important activity, throughout the entire process of litigation and proof of the lawyer's activity is one of the fundamental elements of the process of proof. The defense function in criminal proceedings is also demonstrated through the activity of the attorney. The contents of this article are to find out about the lawyer's criminal activity in criminal proceedings, analyze some issues related to the lawyer's proof of activity such as the right to prove and the obligation to prove in lawsuits criminal, innocent presumptive principle and the close relationship between the lawyer's proven practice and the defense function in criminal proceedings.
