HUMAN RESOURCES TO SERVE FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF TOURISM IN AN GIANG PROVINCE: THERECTICAL FOUNDATION, CURRENT SITUATION AND SOLUTIONS

Abstract

Aside from agriculture, tourism is considered as the main economic activity of An Giang province. During the past few years, An Giang has invested remarkably to push this sector and gained several achievements. However, the development of An Giang’s tourism seems not to reach its actual potentials, especially for human resources. Our study on An Giang’s tourism sketches out the current situation of tourism’s human resources. By which, this paper suggests that it is necessary to take into account the system perspective and the theory of access in order to develop suitable solutions for the matter.
