Abstract

The portrayal of child characters, particularly those experiencing distressing circumstances, constitutes a significant area of exploration for authors both domestically and internationally. A number of Ho Bieu Chanh's literary works encapsulate the complexities of adult conduct, child-rearing practices, and educational influences, suggesting that one's destiny and personality are often shaped through hardship. The examination of juvenile characters within Ho Bieu Chanh's narrative serves to provide readers with a framework for understanding the inherent compassion and emotional depth associated with youthful affection, as well as to enhance their comprehension of the author's philosophical views regarding humanity and societal structures.
