THE VIEWPOINTS OF PATRIOTIC STRUGGLE OF THE VIỆT BÚT TÂN VĂN AND THẦN CHUNG (1945 - 1954)

Abstract

During the resistance against French aggression (1945 - 1954), Saigon was the place witnessed many of the press's struggles for unification and independence for the country. This paper analyzes the aims and the modes of patriotic struggle on some of the most representative newspapers of this period such as Việt Bút tân văn and Thần Chung, hence, further clarifies the involvement of the press during the resistance against French aggression in South Vietnam (1945-1954) through those analyses.
