ELABORATING A SYSTEM OF SOCIAL ASSISTANCE ACCESS INDICES (The Case of Khanh Hoa Province)

Abstract

The indicator system is one of the tools to measure the effectiveness of a program or policy compared to its goals. The social assistance indicator system depends on the aims or concepts of these policies. This paper is to study the situation of social assistance, a typical case in Khanh Hoa province in the period of 2010-2018. Based on which the proposed indicator system help society to improve this indicator of Khanh Hoa province.
