BUILDING URBAN GOVERNMENT IN BINH DUONG PROVINCE TODAY

Abstract

Binh Duong is an industrial province in the southern key economic region, with rapid urbanization, currently has 3 cities, 2 towns and 4 districts with 91 grassroots administrative units. In order for provincial cities to really play the role of centers of economic, political, cultural and social development, it is necessary to have an appropriate organizational model ensuring that the government in these cities are lean, and operates effectively and efficiently.
