In the context of The Fourth Industrial Revolution, subjective factors play an important role in students' learning and scientific research performance. Based on the methodology of Marxist-Leninist philosophy, combined with surveys of lecturers and students, the article analyzes factors such as learning motivation, self-learning capacity, critical thinking, digital skills, sense of discipline, and the psychological state of learners. The results show that students initially adapt to the digital environment and have an active learning spirit; however, they remain dependent on technology, lack self-study skills, exhibit low critical thinking, and experience psychological pressure in learning. From there, the article proposes several solutions to promote students' subjective factors, thereby improving the quality of human resource training in the digital age.
