Abstract

Based on the survey database in December 2025, the article presents the approach to the political culture of cadres and civil servants in the Southeast region today. The results show that there are 7 groups of factors that are rated at a high or very high level, of which the management of cadres and civil servants and awareness and experience are the two groups with the highest average scores.
